On Tuesday, 10 March 2020, the health authorities of North RhineWestphalia were instructed by the Ministry of Labour, Health and Social Affairs of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia to prohibit major events with more than 1,000 people until further notice. On this basis, NürnbergMesse is forced to postpone the Internationale Jagd- und Schützentage 2020 at Lembeck Castle: from the planned date of 27-29 March 2020 to a date in 2020, which still has to be specified.
Petra Wolf, Member of the Management Board of NürnbergMesse: “We very much regret that we cannot carry out the Internationale Jagd- und Schützentage Lembeck in spring because of the corona virus. But the health of exhibitors, visitors and employees is the most important thing! Within a very short time, we were able to inspire some 100 exhibitors for the new exhibition format. Together we have worked hard in the last weeks and months to present an extraordinary fair to the visitors. The positive feedback we have received has shown us that we are on the right track. It encourages us to plan further events and to continue the series of events. Postponed is not cancelled! Look forward to eventful hunting and shooting days Lembeck in 2020!“
