CeMAT Russia featured 180 companies from 20 countries during its recently concluded 19–21 September 2017 run in Moscow.
Hannover/Moscow. CeMAT Russia, one of the country’s leading tradeshows for materials handling, warehousing equipment and logistics, featured 180 companies from 20 countries during its recently concluded 19–21 September 2017 run at the Crocus Expo International Exhibition Centre in Moscow.
Display area totaled 8,000 square meters, a 25 percent increase compared to the 2016 show. Exhibiting companies presented products ranging from cranes, forklifts and packaging systems to conveyors, hoisting devices and logistics IT. For example, STILL showcased its iGo neo CX20 picker and Jungheinrich displayed its ECE 225 order picker.
Audience size grew six percent to 5,050 visitors from 32 countries. The majority of visitors came from the retail, manufacturing and logistics sectors to compare and evaluate products and systems for efficient warehouse management. The premiere of the Efficient Management of Company Intralogistics Forum drew more than 725 participants for discussions about challenges and best practices in the logistics sector.
